Now this — “does [product] work” — is a nice keyword to go after… how could I’ve forgotten about it on my latest product review?

    Going to edit it now…

    Best!

    • Jill

Absolutely! That’s a stellar keyword (we use it in most of our reviews) as are the buying keywords, ingredients keywords, coupon code keywords….but we cover all of that in an upcoming video so I’ll stop myself there 😉

  • Awesome video thanks! I am currently testing out niches in an areas that I am familiar with. I think I may have found a one that works and have made a couple hundred so far. Pretty exciting feeling! Thanks for the video, looking forward to the next one!

    Have a great day,

    – Justin

    • Jill

Ahhhh that’s awesome Justin! Congrats! I know how good of a feeling that is…we’re ridiculously proud of you 🙂

      Keep it up, brotha!

  • #2 seems to only appeal to those wanting to sell a tangible product, not the virtual online business that you guys are involved in, or would allow someone to live abroad in a developing country like Thailand, while working remotely.

    • Jill

No it absolutely applies. You need to research the product you want to sell before selling it otherwise you won’t really know whether there is a demand for it. We always do product research before deciding whether or not to enter a niche.

We wouldn’t have added it in if we didn’t 🙂

  • You could divulge on how to quickly create an income source. For example – freelancing stuff to get yourself to an income where you can live day to day. I feel like the long term businesses that we want to build are the end game, but they can take ages to get going as far as income goes.

I have another question you might be able to answer one day:

How do you work everyday with your partner/wife/husband and not wanna kill each other? Any tips?

My wife is about to finish up her job and begin working on the business. I can see a few blowups happening!

    • Jill

Awesome Q Joel! We will 110% answer that in a future episode!

As for freelancing – it’s absolutely a fantastic possibility and an extremely viable option for creating an income source! We just didn’t want to dive into that as we don’t really have much experience with freelancing and we didn’t want to mislead anyone or wing our answers and hope they’re right 🙂

    Loved the video!!!!!

  • Eddie

Awesome video, you guys are pro’s. How many attempts did it take you? 😉

Love Josh’s advice on being a little uncomfortable, I agree, I think this is what forces you to grow 🙂 Can’t wait for the next video.

    • Thanks man, I appreciate that 🙂

    • Jill

What do you mean how many attempts? We got it in the first go 😉

Thanks for the kind words, Eddie! So pumped to hear you’re digging the videos!

  • Martin

Step 1 – No Debt (or bad debt)… I am debt free. Credit could be better, but I have step number one covered.
Step 2 – Do the research…. I have done the research. Cherry picked my keywords vertically and horizontally. Current is to have 30 pages on launch, of which I am about 1/3 to 1/2 of the initial content written.
Setp 3 – Create an income source…After launch I will be adding new content but will have an Amazon store to start selling product after my traffic reaches 150 unique visitors a day.

After I get some income from that I would like to find a private label source for my private label product. Any ideas who to use for order fulfillment? I know Amazon would be one.

    Thx Guys-
    Martin

    • Jill

Martin, it sounds like you’ve got a great start!! Nice work 🙂

As for your private label product – we think Amazon might be best but you might also want to take a look at Shopify…they could possibly work for you as well 🙂

      Hope that helps!

  • Xara

Yes. This is the post I needed! Thank you lovelies 🙂 I’m at the very very start of my entrepreneurial journey ( where I’ve been stuck for, I don’t know… (secretly) a few years!) So I’ve decided to stop worrying, stop procrastinating and stop robbing myself of the life I truly want to live. Life’s too damn short not to do what makes you happy! Full.stop.
So I’m super looking forward to your future posts ( espesh regarding #2 and #3 ya)
I want to create an exciting & inspiring life for myself and my family. Just as nature intended.
P.s love reading your witty and intelligent posts. X

    • Jill

That’s what I like to hear Xara! Start taking action and the rest will unfold 🙂

Thank you so much for the kind words…you just kicked off our day on a lovely note!

  • Xara

My pleasure!!! 🙂 And I’m action-ing ( is it a word? Who cares. I say it is) right now!!

    • Jill

      It’s officially a word now! lol 😉

  • Marta

    Hi Jill,

I have just watched your interview with Carrie”Female Entrepreneur Magazine” and also watched one of your video. thanks so much you have inspired me today. I am in dilemma at this present time. I found my passion but I am looking for a part time job to bring an income so that I can start my venture. I have not found yet so I am going to try to release my venture and do what I need to do while I am still working full time.
    Have a great week. Tchau
    Marta

    • Jill

      Hey Marta,

I’m happy to hear you found the content useful 🙂

And you can absolutely grow your business while still working full time…you just have to find the time—maybe after work or on weekends would be a good time for you? Just take it step by step 🙂

  • Rich Kenwrick

Hi both. Great video, fun and informative. I’m just starting out with all of this, so no sign of screwing the 9-5 just yet. I will though, I MUST, I am going to! Long road ahead but I’ve got my walking shoes on!

    • Josh Stanton

Haha love it! It’s a marathon, but now that you’ve started, it’s just a matter of time before you reach the finishing line 🙂
